Please note that customized bridal lehengas and altered garments are final sale to maintain the exclusivity of our designs.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all boutique tags, embroidery protectors, and packaging intact.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the garment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
